Depends on the laser printer, 4100 should work if you install a JetDirect card.
However...I've also had great success with Bonjour for Windows.

I am switching from Ethernet to a new wireless system that uses DSL. Is
it possible to share a laserprinter by connecting it via the ethernet

people have had trouble using an airport basestation on the wireless
network that is PC/windows based. I have a G5 20 in iMac and an HP
laserjet 4100N.
