You may get helpful info if you ask in the Entourage newsgroup,
<news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage>
This (and newsgroups for the other Office products) are built into
Entourage. If you scroll down to the bottom of the folders list you'll find
an entry for "Microsoft News Server". The groups are listed hierarchically.
If your organization blocks access to the public newsgroups you can access
the Entourage group using a browser and Google Groups:
<http://groups.google.com/groups?group=microsoft.public.mac.office.entourage

Some of the people in the Entourage group are very familiar with all the
scripts available for Entourage. And if there is not currently such a script
they might either a) make one, or b) advise you on how to make one.
