Ok... I did this once before, but because of my nice Firelite HD
accident I no longer have my notes or the script.
I need to change a routing table on our server box so that traffic to
a certain IP address goes out airport instead of the ethernet.
We have an ETH0 with an IP of 10.10.30.1 - which is what everything
goes out to by default.
We have an airpot that is 192.168.1.8 both active.
I would like all traffic that is going outbound to use the airport
that is in the range of 161.223.0.0 - so if we telnet to a 161.223.x.x
addres, instead of using ethernet, it uses airport...
I tried:
sudo /sbin/route add 161.223.169/24 192.168.1.1
No go...
Here is our routing table:
edge:~ root# netstat -rn
