It says "user level privileges"".... while that is a security risk,
it's still not root privileges... unlike windows where you can hijack
admin from a regular user account.
You should NEVER use your machine as root, ever. Mac OS X, Linux, Unix, etc.
I think Apple is being smart in the situation by not making
comments... I mean after all, when Bill Gates says, "this is the most
secure windows ever!" it's usually within an hour someone says "oh
yeah??? Take this" and your next exploit is born.

I have read this and still don't believe that Apple is to blame. I
think it is JAVA itself.
What do others think about this.
