I upgraded to Leopard two weeks ago, and have had no CAC logon degradation for the AF Portal, Outlook Web Access, AF vMPF and other sites. My initial problems in January under Tiger were more related to backroom server changes (unannounced) and the need to update my certificates. That being said, there are some competing "standards" for implementing the PKI process, some of which are platform agnostic, some of which are OS antagonistic.
