Availability: Immediately.
Travel: 10%. Apple WWDC annually, plus occasional tradeshow or technical conference. Technical and professional
training are generally in the local area.

Position Job Description:
The OS X systems engineer will work onsite at a DoD facility, helping DoD clients test
interoperability with OS X and Windows on networks using PKI technologies and optimal client management
technology, focusing on messaging, web browser interoperability, and remote access. The environment is both cross
platform and complex, in a highly managed configuration where security and interoperability are both paramount.
This is a long term, multi-year engagement with tremendous growth potential.
The successful OS X Systems Engineer will have:
§ expert level knowledge of OS X client technologies, to include remote management and image development
§ working knowledge of OS X server technologies, to include remote management
§ working knowledge of bug reporting and tracking systems, to include trouble ticketing systems
§ fluent level knowledge of Windows/Outlook Apple/Entourage client messaging technologies
§ working level knowledge of Windows 2003, Vista, and Active Directory technologies
§ working level knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003 and higher server technologies
§ working level knowledge of DoD Common Access Cards
§ working level knowledge of Public Key Infrastructures
§ working level knowledge of Army, DoD organizations such as HQDA, NETCOM, DISA, DoD, and OSD.
Qualifications:
The successful OS X Systems Engineer will possess the preferred qualifications:
§ B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience. While a bachelor's degree is
desirable, exceptional candidates without said degree will of course be considered.
§ Strong organizational and written communication skills, a capacity for attention to details, particularly in
documentation and status reports.
§ Track record of 3+ years experience with OS X and Windows in networked, client server environments.
§ Exceptional problem-solving and analysis skills
§ Apple Certified Systems Administrator highly desirable.
§ Past experience in a fast-paced high-tech company is a plus.
