Have you tried accessing it with Firefox? You might try using the
Coolkey PKCS#11 module[1] to get smart card support to work with
Firefox. We haven't transitioned yet, but the Linux users around here
have been anxious to know if it will work; our current ERP system
depends on IE/Windows. In my opinion, if Firefox works, using that to
access NERP would be a cleaner solution than spoofing the user agent
in Safari.
Of course, the best solution is to get NERP to ease up on their
browser checking...
