Michael,
Where is it,
As noted in the "[Discussion] (3) Enabling Intermediate CA Certificates - SystemCACertificates" message,
Mac OSX 10.5 Keychains and description
1) SystemCACertificates /System/Library/Keychains/SystemCACertificates Pre-populated Intermediates 2) System Roots /System/Library/Keychains/SystemRootCertificates Immutable Trusted Roots
Multiple forms of online directions:
(1) Built-in Mac OS X Help System: entering "Adding Keychain" works nicely
(2) Apple Support (KBase):
-- The SystemCACertificates is a keychain file, so its extension is ".keychain". This means
that both methods noted in the following help will work for adding it to the keychain list.
Mac OS X 10.5 Help If you have a keychain file from another computer, you can add the keychain to your keychain list. To add a keychain to the keychain list:If the file has an extension .keychain then you can just open the file. Otherwise, open Keychain Access located in the Utilites folder in the Applications folder. Choose File menu > Add Keychain. Select the keychain file and click Open.
Currently my DOD intermediates are in my Login Keychain.
Not a problem, but just something that you did not have to do. Anytime Mac OS X encounters a new certificate chain, it will download and add the Intermediate Certificates to your default keychain (if it is not already available in a keychain.
