Title: time & date control panel, offset ?

Is it just me, or is the automatic time, set by time.apple... in system prefs
always about 2 and a half minutes slow ?

I am comparing it to

http://www.time.gov/timezone.cgi?Pacific/d/-8/
and
http://tycho.usno.navy.mil/cgi-bin/timer.pl

yes, my mac's location and timezone are correctly set...

thanks
Erik
