I haven't used it in a while, but a version of IBM's WorkPlace Forms
(replacement for PureEdge viewer) was available at:
http://www.grants.gov/help/download_software.jsp
I never knew why Grants.gov was distributing it, I just used it. It worked
OK, but had trouble saving files. I finally just broke down and installed
PureEdge on Parallels Desktop and use that now.
