[Fed-Talk] can't unlock screensaver with CAC inserted

Has anyone had issues with unlocking screensaver or installing
software with CAC card inserted? If I take out my CAC card I then get
the prompt for my local account password to unlock or authenticate,
but if my CAC card is inserted that I don't get the pop-up window to
unlock screensaver or authenticate to install software or patches.
CAC works fine with logins, email signing, and some web sites via
safari.
OS X 10.5.4
Oberthur ID One V5.2 card
Omnikey cardman 3121 reader
