By Apple or by PGP?
While it's unsupported, PGP Desktop for the Mac does include a
plugin for Mail.app, and it has been updated for Leopard. I've been
using it without difficulty. It gives a nice integrated UI, leaves
messages encrypted at rest (including in Mail.app's local cache on
your machine if you use IMAP), and all in all provides a much nicer
user experience than the standard install.

Ideally, I'd like PGP to be supported by Keychain as simply as it is
implemented like S/MIME. Including Mail.app.
The PGP Desktop has some bugs in it as an add-on, and would love for
it to be native.
