Title: launchctl list question; what is the Status column?

I'm to the point that I need to use launchd and launchctl to deal with some stuff I've got, but I've got questions about it.  Specifically, what does the Status column from 'launchctl list' mean?  I'm guessing that it’s the exit code from each process that launchd ran, but I want to be sure.

Thanks,
Cem Karan
