[Fed-Talk] ATO software list

Sorry if this is a foolish question, but I'm dealing with a new bureaucracy and I'm in over my head.

I've taken a temporary assignment with the Army and I am trying to get two new software packages loaded on my Mac. I used these for years while at Sandia, but evidently I need to check the ATO to see if these packages are approved to load on my new machine. Can someone tell me what an "ATO" is and how I go about finding if the software packages are on the 'approved list'?

Thanks in advance,
Dave Robinson
