[Fed-Talk] VIS and certs problem

Well, this is not really a Mac issue, but since a lot of people know a
lot about certs and stuff:
I have a fresh/clean installation of XP, fully patched (running under
Parallels opening my BootCamp drive - so this is slightly Mac-related
:-) The primary (in fact the -only-) reason I have this is to run the
Army's VIS (Oracle-provided) conferencing software. Every time I launch
VIS using Internet Explorer, I get a whole bunch of certificate errors.
(Dire warnings from Microsoft that the site's cert isn't trusted, even
though I put the site o my 'trusted' list....)
Anyone know what certs I'd need to load to make these messages go away
(and where I get them)?
Thanks in advance!
dave
p.s. Even Microsoft NetMeeting works on a Mac, so it's particularly
frustrating that the Army facility is Windows only...
