I have similar problems with AKO; as they still allow username/password authentication, it hasn't been an issue for me. When I attempt CAC login, it prompts for a username and password - I enter mine, and it prompts me again.

If I go direct to username/password login, no issues.

While we're listing, Defense Connect Online CAC login doesn't seem to work either. It uses a Java applet that fails to load.
