I tried this but still no luck. I tried this Identity
preference on all three certs but still get the following message: “You may
have pressed the “Cancel” button in your browser’s certificate selection
prompt. ………..”. I am able to access webmail via CAC no probs and also
ensured CAC was in reader before opening Safari. Any advice where to go
from here.

had a similar problem for awhile but it is now working...make your CAC is in
the reader before staring Safari and that the Identity Preference you create in
Keychain Access for the AF Portal is for this link:
https://www.my.af.mil/EAI_JUNCTION/eai/
