>From Outlook 2007, open Trust Center; it's in there under the S/MIME
settings.
If you're LDAP savvy, bind to a DC with your domain account, find your user
object, and upload your *DER* encoded certificate into the userCertificate
attribute. Also, delete userSMIMECertificate if present.
