How do they determine if you are outside the US?
All of my credit cards go to a PO Box I have here, so if they go by CC
billing address that is one option. If they go by IP address, VPN into
your agency, which will make you appear to come from the US provided
your agency VPN concentrator is in the US.
If it isn't there are probably a few of us on here that run OSX server
as a hobby from our homes who would let you bouncef from us when you
wanna buy something.
