Is this for CAC ? We've hit this on CACs. I'm not sure where Address
Book plays but, in Keychain, if you drag your public certs off of your
CAC into your login keychain, then when you send a signed e-mail, both
public certs (signing and encrypting) go with the e-mail. (The bug
only sends the signing cert, not the encryption cert.)
