You need to set-up any Identity Preference in Keychain Access for the OWA website.  Insert your CAC, select your CAC in the Keychains pane, then select “My Certificates” in the Categories pane, click the disclosure triangles for all three of your CAC certificates and right click on the certificate that is associated with the “Email Signing Private Key” and choose “New Identity Preference...”.  Now enter the OWA address:

https://webmail.*.*.*/

Replacing *’s with your OWA domain.  Include the ending “/”.  Make sure your CAC is in the reader BEFORE going to the OWA site.
