You can get the source tarball here:
http://www.bzip.org/downloads.html

Has anyone tried to patch bzip2 1.0.4 on an Xserve running OS X 10.5? I'm
trying to patch IAVA 2008-T-0064 (Bzip2 Remote Denial-of-Service
Vulnerability) in order to get permission to connect a new Xserve to our
network.
Regrettably, Apple doesn't seem to have a patch out for bzip2 1.0.5 yet, and
Darwinports requires the system to already be connected to the Internet. I
seem to be caught in a Catch22 here.
Thanks!
