I use the Express/34 slot for a WWAN card ... works just fine, doesn't
tie up a USB port that I could use for other stuff. I don't, however,
see a lot of Expresscard stuff going on out there that can't be done
with other resources.

With the case of Mac's being more of a "rogue" community in DoD than a
wide
spread use group I understand why Apple wouldn't. That said, I wonder
how
many people really use that Express/34 port. And even if it is used, is
it
used for things that require the extra features that PCMCIA did not
have?
