[Fed-Talk] Xcode 3.2/10.6 no bannersample example

  • Subject: [Fed-Talk] Xcode 3.2/10.6 no bannersample example

The Xcode 3.2 with OS X 10.6 does not have the bannersample example which many of us used as a basis for a DoD compliant pre-login warning under 10.4 & 10.5 as per the Apple Security Configuration Guide.

I changed my existing project to be 10.6 with i386 and x86_64 and it seems to fail silently.

Also, I noticed that the Examples under Xcode 3.2 consists of 4 directories and you have to download any additional examples you need. I didn't find any banner code in developer.apple.com. Using Xcode 3.2 I've not been able to find the bannersample code. The page for Authorization Plug-In Reference does not have any examples and the feedback at the bottom of the page is a broken link.

Has anyone looked into this. Perhaps I'm missing one setting in the project to make it work.

Michael
