Update: They are saying now that the $45/month is for the Enterpreise service which lets me hook up to work email. The Personal plan is still #0. I keep trying to tell them I've had the PERSONAL plan for 2+ years but that's not getting through to them. Using puppets over the phone to explain isn't working.
