I am in anaheim California this week and I can NOT get an ATT call to last more than 10 seconds to save my soul. The class action suits need to hit ATT not Apple. This can't even qualify as a phone here. And it IS ATT because sprint thankfully is fine.
I'm staring at a huge ATT office building as I write this. They can't even get service next to their corp buildings!!!!

By the way, if you haven't upgraded to iOS4 yet, you can enter the following number (including asterisk and pound signs) on your iPhone keypad
*3001#12345#*
to enter "Field Test" mode. Among the many geeky things it gives you, it shows your signal strength as a number instead of bars (I'm currently at -61). I guess this feature has been removed from iOS4. :(
