Here's a summary (not detailed steps) of the process for Snow Leopard:
1. Install: Citrix online plug-in for Mac - Version 11.1, available at
citrix.com
2. Change Safari application to run in 32 bit mode. This can be set using
the Get Info box for the Safari application.
3. In Safari settings --> Advanced, check the box for Show Develop menu in
menu bar.
4. Start N-ERP. On the DOD warning page, change the user agent on the menu
Develop -> User Agent -> Firefox 3.6.3-Mac
5. The web browser should work for entering time and workflow approvals.
6. Launching the SAP GUI (Citrix/Windows) to start the Citrix client. You
may need to assign the launch.ica application to the Citrix application.
I've used coolkey with FireFox, but it clashes with the Mac CAC software
(only one can be used at a time). No luck with the Mac OS "shim"
