[Fed-Talk] Army CAC-enabled TED training site problems

  • Subject: [Fed-Talk] Army CAC-enabled TED training site problems

Anyone (else) had problems getting to this site with CAC? I'm able to open the certs on my CAC card in Keychain, but when I try to go to this site in Safari, I get
> Network Error (ssl_failed)
>
> A secure SSL session could not be established with the Web Site: "".
> • ted.ria.army.mil is not configured to accept SSL connections
> • ted.ria.army.mil's certificate authority may not be trusted
> • Your browser may have a bad certificate loaded.
> To possibly correct this issue, follow the procedures outlined in Appendix B of the Cross Certificate Chaining Issue pdf.
> For assistance implementing those procedures contact your local IT support.

(And in a real catch-22 moment, AKO says that the "Annex B....pdf" document requires CAC access to download.)

And I can't get Firefox to configure for CAC access, despite loading the DoD Certs plug-in.
