Black here for us at EPA as well on first load in IE.. Reload gets the
same result. Utter darkness. If you type in another Apple URL
directly, however, it seems to work. Navigating back to the homepage by
clicking the Apple symbol in the nav bar then displays the proper page.
We've got IE 7.0.5730.13CO. Might be some security protection setting,
which I cannot change.
Firefox on Windows works fine, doesn't have the blackness problem.
Opera for Windows works fine.
And of course, Safari for Windows works fine.

For some reason when we try to go to Apple's web site all we get is a
black
screen using our PCs. Is anyone else that is using the version of IE
that is
pushed out by NETCOM having this problem? Started yesterday best I can
tell.
Can't test with our Macs since they made us take them off of the
network.
