I believe that your issue is your upgrade to 10.6.x Snow Leopard is in
pilot and not approved for use on the Army network.
The approved AGM is for Leopard and the NETCOM DAA has not pulled that
ATO to my knowledge.
If they have, then there is a serious disconnect as I can download the
Leopard AGM from Softmart as we speak.

IE may be having trouble with the CSS stylesheet Apple added yesterday
to their entry page. It blacks out the Apple site on first entry, shows
the new MacBook Air and then "the lights come up" to show the regular
Apple website.
Can you use Firefox to check the site?
Thanks,
Rich
Thanks to everyone who responded. I had the Help desk download and
install Firefox and the Apple web site works as it should. Yes, It
appears that IE has a problem with the CSS stylesheet they started using
when the Mabook air was placed on the start page.
Several have asked why were our Macs pulled from the network? Good
question. I was told " Per the NETCOM DAA MACs are not authorized for
use on NIPR/SIPR due to the security risk they pose.
We just upgraded our Macs to 10.6.4 and will work the issue of Macs not
being on the network.
Thanks again for everyone's comments.
Bob

Jeesh... The military is filled with too many bureaucrats with their
collective heads up their b***.
