Snow Leopard does not run on PPC Mac’s only on Intel Macs.  I think that 10.5.4 was the version that worked with leopard.

Christopher,

Both of the following are true and either would have worked...

1) Mac OS X 10.5.4/10.5.5 + SCSU v1.2:  Mac OS Forge update applied to Mac OS X 10.5.4 provided
updates to pcscd, ccid, CAC/PIV tokends

(Update Link:  http://static.macosforge.org/smartcardservices/downloads/installers/SmartCardServices_v1.2.zip

2) Mac OS X 10.5.6:   Rolled in all updates from SCSU v1.2  (pcscd, ccid, CAC/PIV tokends)
SCSU == Smart Card Services Update

Mac OS 10.5.8 is the most current version for PPC-based Macs and contains the updates incorporated in v10.5.6.
