John,

That is not the intended purpose of "Back to My Mac" and "Find My iPxx".  Those services are for individuals and their machines, not an organization,  and it would also mean that every one of those devices (Macs --> "Back to My Mac"  & iPhone/iPad/iPod touch --> "Find My iPxx") would all be configured with the exact same account information.
