We wanted to do this but Apple's store requirements are too restrictive for
something so simple:
"2.15 Apps must be self-contained, single application installation bundles,
and cannot install code or resources in shared locations"
The CAC/PIV middleware must be loaded in system specific locations and thus
breaks their rules for inclusion within the store.
