No it's a 4S. I knew about the siri death on non 4S. It worked great the first few hours and now all she says is "I'm sorry I cannot connect to the network".
Wifi and att even though all other networks work just fine!! I am suspecting it's because everyone is playing with it now.
What I think apple should do is make basic functions like voice dialing local if the network connection doesn't work. I can't voice dial, I can't pick music or anything else that voice command was amazing at.
