"Since 1984" doesn't sound right to me. When my parents upgraded from a 128k
Mac they purchased in 1984 to a Mac Plus purchased in 1990, they were able
to use the same floppies that booted System 1.1/Finder 1.1g to run apps like
MacWrite on the Plus that they used on the 128.
