[Fed-Talk] Coincidence?

I had a no pay account set up for testing and suddenly my regular Itunes account is having issues (can't download anything from the App Store or Itunes. I just get perpetual "Waiting"; happens on several devices). Could this be because of the two accounts (maybe having the same address?) or is it coincidence? The no pay account worked fine to d/l a free app.
