All,
I have (finally) succeeded in getting CAC signing, encrypting and
decrypting working with Outlook 2011 (14.2.0) on OSX 10.6.8 using Pkard
and a CAC-NG. Can also authenticate to DoD websites (e.g. For DISA STIGs)
with Safari.
I don't have the problem Tim Miller describes. In fact for three days now:
"It just works."
