I do not believe Siri does that... it's not like a Dragon, Apple uses algorithms in a data center and it learns based on your voice... I think it happens automatically... at least I've seemed to notice that...
For example, on my 4S, if I dictate a text message to someone using siri, it will put in the text I said... if it's not accurate and I go manually edit that phrase with the keyboard, siri seems to not make the mistake again.
So, I guess in a way that could be traning... dictate into the iPad, when Siri gets it wrong, replace it (manually) with what you wanted to say and perhaps it will learn.
Or I could be wrong.

I thought my difficulty with them was because of my speech defect but was surprised to find quite a few folks have trouble with them as well. For some reason the folks at Apple decided to use bizarre words rather than the closest sounding common words so most sentences are incoherent with goofy words rather than being grammatically logical or phonetically reasonable matches. I'm wondering if the program is trainable so it will recognize my pronunciation of a dictionary of common words/phrases. But I haven't been able to find any directions to that effect anywhere.
