Taylor,
The best thing to do is probably contact us at email@hidden
(so as to not fill the list with Thursby support).
The short answer, though, is that on Lion and Mountain Lion, use
ADmitMac PKI (4 or 5) with Mobile Accounts, and allow the Mobile
Accounts to unlock via FV2.

Thanks Jim,
Any details on how to set it up? We're on AD, so that's
exactly what I was looking for. Just haven't wrapped my head
around the implementation. (also, is this specific to AdmitMac
PKI 5? I'm still testing with v4 as we have some 10.6 systems,
but am going to try to get v5 installed later today for some
additional testing.

From experience:
ADmitMac PKI can work with FV2, but only in conjunction
with an Active Directory domain.

I think I already know the
answer to this, but just checking in case I'm
missing something.
Does anyone know if any of the 3rd party
CAC-authentication solutions are compatible with
FileVault?
We're currently looking at AdmitMac PKI, but I
don't see the functionality (nor even know how
they'd implement it) in any of the other options.
Anyone know of anything?
