So I had to take the dog to the vet. 3 hours later I had an Iphone 5 even though I was in no particular hurry to get one. I'm glad I did (Siri and I are back together again) but I have a suspicion that she will drain me of every cent I have ::EO Statement Violation Removed:: if using Siri and watching the light spin ends up on my data charges. I was minding my own business waiting for the dog to be done at the Vet but having nothing to do wandered over to get some shopping done. They still weren't done with him so I went to the new Best Buy that was right next door. I said I knew they were all out of Iphone 5s but just out of curiosity when would they get more in. While I was waiting for an answer an guy came in and said he'd been given one already and wanted to cancel the one they were holding for him...The same one I would have gotten had I gotten one. So I did.

That was on Saturday. Ever since I've been terrified of the Verizon 10 Gig plan since I send 10 but receive something like 50 on my Iphone 4. Do they count receive as well as send against you? Anyway, they set it up and signed me up with Verizon right there. But even though I know AT&T "unlimited data" is not real and they throttle me (I'm waiting for them to transfer my old number over before I cancel with them), and even though I know they will end the "grandfathered" unlimited plan anyway, I still feel terrified of my bill on Verizon. (I could have sworn the phone said I used 1 gig data already though I only used it on wireless but called and Verizon said I used 0 point something data. And when I check the phone again it said 1 mb after they sent a text message confirming the data number. I'm confused.)

Could Best Buy have sold me a used phone as a new phone? (It had a website I hadn't used on it but the female setting it up may have done that as a test.)

So, love Siri, scared of the bill and anyway, I blame the dog.
