Google will license the API, but Apple [apparently] did not agree to
the terms. https://developers.google.com/maps/terms. Apparently, one
can acquire a different license to provide additional services for the
Maps API. http://support.google.com/enterprisehelp/bin/request.py?contact_type=gme.
Th irony was not lost on me: Apple did not agree to Google licensing
and terms of service; yet Apple forces an obscene ToS on its users.
