Any MDM. the whole point of the question is to determine if it's possible under iOS. From what I understand these items are not, but I'm not all that up to date on iOS mdm solutions. I was hoping to get so e recommendations on which vendors might support these features.

MDM is a generic term. Yes, there are some MDM solutions that can do most of what you're asking. The only one I'm aware of that I don't think can be satisfied is the last one.... Apple will allow the profile to be removed.

There are quite a few MDM suites on the market - you should be able to find one that satisfies most of what you're looking for.
