All-

I have heard today about vulnerability in iOS 6.1 on the iPhone that allows a hacker to access (on a locked device) phone, contacts and camera functions.

There are several articles on it including http://appleinsider.com/articles/13/02/14/new-security-hole-in-apples-ios-61-lets-anyone-bypass-an-iphones-lockscreen

I have also heard that an update to iOS 6.1 was released 2/11  - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1631 but it is not clear that it fixes those issues above. I tried drilling down to find the details beyond the claim of iPhone 4S battery issue resolution, no dice.

Any suggestions about relevance to the issue? Or am I waiting for 6.1.2?

Thanks

Lee
