Reading down the backtrace, it looks like SecurityAgent is crashing while loading the avatar for a user in the list of users presented at boot. You said you do everything from the command-line, which probably also includes creating user accounts, yes? Maybe there's an issue there with command-line user additions not setting an avatar or choosing an avatar where the image file is corrupt somehow, which then triggers a bug in SecurityAgent. You might also try turning on the option for displaying the login window as a name and password field rather than a list of users to see if this circumvents the problem.
