I've tested the new NMCI Exchange servers and they do not appear to have enabled EWS, as neither DavMail nor Entourage 2008 EWS edition work.

it will if you can convince NMCI to turn on EWS
(exchange web services). OWA still works with a
browser, but not entourage nor outlook 2011.

Looks like NMCI installed new OWA servers last week and disabled DAVMAIL.
