Yep, IntelDocs also exists on JWICS.
Anyone with a CAC (and some PIV users) can use all Intelink services on
the low side from anywhere at https://www.intelink.gov.
Incidentally, Intelink also has a One-Way Transfer Service (OWT) that
allows moving documents up from U->S, U->TS, and S->TS.
