Why are you on Good? Are you using Exchange 2003? That’s the only reason why Good exists in the VA. Once we start the upgrade plan all the way up to Exchange 2016 (this is the worst example of how far behind the VA is tech-wise, 4 generations of a product that we have one of the largest installations of), Good will disappear for us once we get to Exchange 2010.
