| Thursby has two products that both work with various card readers for iOS
1) PKard for Good Technology can be used with GFE to handle signing and encrypting or reading encrypted (S/MIME) messages. PKard for Good Technology supports all Thursby readers and those made by Precise Biometrics. This product is used by the US Navy among other DoD agencies.
2) Sub Rosa works with all Thursby PKard readers and includes support for sending and receiving S/MIME. It has a unique method of leveraging OWA for the e-mail connection so no special mail service is required. It works with web.mail.mil and the Navy web mail servers for example. The mail interface uses native iOS instead of HTML and supports some advanced features like searching and mail delegation. No government e-mail is stored on the iOS device persistent storage. Sub Rosa includes a web browser as well and is a free download from the App Store.
