The NIHAuthPlugin and SmartCardVerify projects are still on private repos.
SCV is intended to be open sourced at some point, and will move to a public repo.
Until then, you have to request permission from NIH for access. They are pretty open to adding folks as longs they get an official request from a gov email account.
I’m not sure who the right contact is ATM. I’ll see if I can get that info and post it.
