How does FPSyncFork differ from the existing FPFlushFork?

In the same way <x-man-page://2/fcntl> F_FULLFSYNC differs from <x-man-page://2/fsync>. FPFlushFork has traditionally be a fairly lightweight operation. FPSyncFork is intended to be much more heavyweight, for use in situations where you absolutely must have the data committed to persistent storage.
